They have strong relationship with the top OEM's in the industry and established quality and engineering teams. They've been growing steadily the past 5 years and have acquired new customers in business to drive revenue and continue to grow talent.
Job Description

• Oversee all quality operations at the site near Joliet
• Prepare and conduct internal IATF 16949 audits
• Delegate duties to junior engineers and technicians
• Work directly with customers to discuss reports and non-conformances
• Lead corrective actions through Root Cause Analysis methods
• Generate documentation and standards for new products
• Work with supply chain team to provide updates to customers on lead times, recommend alternatives

The Successful Applicant

• 2+ years experience in quality
• Background in electronics manufacturing
• Strong PPAP skillset
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 or ISO 9001 or AS9100
• Strong communication skills, experience with customers
• Degree in engineering or related field preferred
• Experience leading and mentoring engineers
