Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop machine learning and deep learning models for financial data as well as other modalities such as images and text.
• Innovate new research methodologies to solve advanced, cutting-edge problems, with potential for publishable outcomes.
• Perform detailed analysis of machine learning models and explore novel research techniques to tackle emerging challenges in the field.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ML models into production systems.
• Design and implement robust, scalable pipelines and systems adhering to software engineering best practices.
• Handle end-to-end solutions, including system architecture, business logic, and deployment.
• Advocate for and implement rigorous testing practices, ensuring high-quality, reliable ML model rollouts.
• Continuously stay informed on the latest developments in machine learning and related technologies to enhance existing solutions.

Requirements:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with at least 4 years of industry experience in machine learning or a closely related area.
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, with a solid foundation in machine learning principles.
• Expertise in deep learning, linear algebra, probability, data structures, and algorithms.
• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and model development.
• Experience with PostgreSQL for database management and Flask for web application development.
• Deep understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in popular Python libraries for machine learning, including but not limited to numpy, scipy, pandas, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
