Senior Designer ?

1. User Research
2. Design Sprints
3. Rapid Prototyping
4. UI & Design Systems
5. Usability Testing
6. Brand Identity

Responsibilities

1. Translate complex business requirements into thoughtful, elegant, human-centered, digital product designs.
2. Balance a hands-on approach to project work with oversight of junior staff.
3. Lead and mentor Craft designers to help foster skill development and career growth.
4. Develop strong relationships between the Craft team and its clients.
5. Work collaboratively with internal and external research and engineering teams.
6. Articulate design approach and rationale to clients in a clear manner.
7. Participate in recruiting and interviewing of candidates.
8. Identify and support new business opportunities and efforts.
9. Have a grid. Follow it.
10. Help define the Craft culture and Sonos governance.

Qualifications

1. 3+ years of professional experience in digital design, required.
2. 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, required.
3. Proactive, creative problem solver that thrives in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.
4. Understanding of latest design, prototyping, and collaboration tools: Figma, Sketch, inVision, Adobe Creative Cloud, Principle, Flinto, Zeplin, Slack, Asana, Trello, etc.
