Overview

Corporate Bank Technology has embarked on a multi-year technology refresh program that includes revitalization of 'Channel' applications for payment initiation. You will be working on enhancing applications that follow layered architecture pattern using JAVA EE architecture with an Oracle backend. Your work will directly influence key profitability metrics of the Bank.

What You'll Do

• Java/Java EE application development in an Agile Collaborative environment
• Design, develop and document application components
• Guide teams, write clear, maintainable, and reusable code
• Partner with various stakeholders to understand requirements
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) team on test automation
• Mentor and direct more junior developers

Skills You'll Need

• Moderate experience developing Java based Monolithic/Microservices
• Experience with Oracle 12c or higher and Test Driven Development (TDD)
• Application development experience using Agile Methodology
• Sound understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Experience with SQL, Unix Shell scripting & Windows platforms
• Advanced skills & experience working with high volumes of data

• Experience with SDLC tools - SharePoint, Confluence - is a plus

Expectations

Employees hired into this role will work in the Cary office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Cary is $100,000 to $142,250.
