Senior Structural Engineer

The Senior Structural Engineer will be responsible for:

1. Manage the full life cycle of projects, including scoping, budgeting, scheduling, and client communications.
2. Lead the design, analysis, and renovation of existing structures, applying in-depth knowledge of industry standards, building codes, and best practices.
3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, serve as the subject-matter expert, and ensure the delivery of high-quality technical solutions.
4. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations are met throughout the project life cycle.

The Senior Structural Engineer should have the following qualifications:

1. 8+ years of experience in structural engineering or related field.
2. Civil/Structural Engineering Master's degree preferred.
3. Obtained relevant licensing: PE and/or SE.
4. Familiarity with various materials including cold-formed steel, stainless steel, structural steel, prestressed/precast concrete, post-tensioned concrete, cast-in-place concrete, wood, clay masonry, CMU, and more.
