The Business Applications Developer III will take a primary technical role in programming, developing, and maintaining our business enterprise software systems. This individual will focus on implementing, programming, configuring, and evolving our Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment and Windows-based applications to meet both internal needs and customer expectations. The Business Applications Developer III will leverage their extensive technical experience to solve complex problems, guide project direction, and mentor team members while ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will be located in either the Denver, CO or DFW, TX metro areas; for the right candidate, this position may be remote.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. Work with team of IT, Project Managers, and department SMEs to program, develop, and maintain advanced Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O), Sales, and Business Central software systems.
  2. Program and maintain D365 F&O, Sales, and Business Central interfaces with related Business Systems with various web applications.
  3. Work with cross-functional teams representing multiple business units and subsidiaries to address system requirements and perform business system enhancements, maintenance, and fixes with multiple concurrent projects.
  4. Resolve complex technical issues, conduct detailed troubleshooting and analyses while taking a strategic approach to problem-solving.
  5. Make critical decisions on methods and techniques for successful project delivery.
  6. Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  7. Additional duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required. Expertise in Cloud Development required. Experience working in Lean software development practices required. Five or more years of relevant development experience with a track record of complex software project delivery preferred.

SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS

  • Deep proficiency in the Microsoft technology stack (X++, .NET/C#, SQL Server, ASP.NET, and Web API).
  • Azure Developer Associate or similar certification a plus.
  • Knowledgeable with Microsoft Power Platform, PowerApps, and Flow Administration.
  • Knowledgeable with Microsoft Business Central AL programming, object-oriented customizations, and extensions.
  • Proficient with cloud-based, client-server, and microservice-based architectures.
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining continuous integration pipelines is a plus.

Total Annual Compensation: $116,000 - $132,000/year. Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
