The Role
- Oversee the manufacturing of Electronic products in a leadership role.
- Conduct performance evaluations to ensure that production, performance, and quality standards are met.
- Play a key role in the hiring process of new staff.
- Identify training opportunities to ensure the improvement and development of the staff.
The Person
- Experience in Electronic Manufacturing.
- Management experience.
