- Experience : 3-5 years of electrical design in solar projects.
- Tech-Savvy : Mastery of PVsyst, Helioscope, AutoCAD, and electrical construction techniques.
- Project Pro : Hands-on experience with C&I and utility-scale solar projects, and deep knowledge of NEC/NESC standards.
- Strong Communicator : Excellent verbal and written skills to collaborate with clients, consultants, and teams.
- Problem Solver : Ability to manage project scope, timelines, and budget, while navigating complex challenges.
