***Electrical Machinery Design Engineer***
Up to 125K Base!
Cogs have partnered with a mid-size EPC/Industrial machinery manufacturing & Installation company who, after 30 years in the business, are continuing their steady growth whilst maintaining excellent standard of production and manufacturing quality across the products and services within their portfolio.
They are currently working on a number of highly secretive and cutting edge projects which have never been attempted before alongside their range of well known services.
Due to excessive demand, they are actively looking for a highly skilled Electrical Machinery Design Engineer to join their expanding engineering department.
This position offers high levels of opportunity for brain stimulating work amongst like minded individuals, high autonomy and support from senior members of the organization.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Controls and automation
- PLC programming, including writing and fixing programs
- Design work and schematics
- Hands-on experience with sensors, interlocking, and material handling systems
- Familiarity with high-speed automation
- Preferred background in the industrial machinery manufacturing & installation industry and customised material handling
- Experience in Low Voltage Environments
- Absolute minimum of 5+ (10+ preferred) years of experience in programming, automation, electrical engineering, and controls
- Experienced in equipment programming, schematics, PLC, Wiring diagrams, AC/DC & Controls Devices
- $100,000 to $125,000, depending on experience and training needs
- Mid-sized company
