LMC has partnered with a pioneering building analytics software company, which is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their team and revolutionise the customer experience within the building analytics sector.


Your Role:

  • Client Success Advocate : Lead the charge in delivering exceptional experiences for their clients, guiding them seamlessly from the initial pilot phase to widespread platform implementation.
  • Platform Expertise : Champion the software, ensuring clients grasp its value and leverage its functionalities effectively.
  • Expansion Enabler : Execute the pilot-to-portfolio (P2P) process on new sites to foster growth and engagement.
  • Driving Adoption : Engage clients continuously, driving adoption and ensuring a strong ongoing relationship from onboarding through to renewal.
  • Account Ownership : Manage customer accounts to cultivate loyalty, growth, and satisfaction across various functions at each client site.
  • Training Facilitator : Provide comprehensive and ongoing training to clients, ensuring they maximise platform utilisation.
  • Voice of the Customer : Empathise with clients, understanding their needs, motivations, and pain points to represent their voice effectively within the organization.


What you'll bring to the role

  • Customer-Focused Experience : Demonstrated track record in customer-facing roles.
  • Technical Proficiency : Knowledge of building services systems, especially HVAC, is advantageous.
  • Tech-Savvy : Proficient in integrating and applying technological solutions for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical Thinker : Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulously Organised : Attention to detail is a key asset.
  • Superb Communicator : Excellent communication and listening skills.
