We are currently seeking a skilled Senior Product Designer (B2C) to join our client. This hybrid position allows flexibility, with three days in the office and two days remote. About Our Client: Our client connects fans with the artists and teams they love, selling millions of tickets to thousands of events worldwide—from concerts and festivals to sports and theater.
Your Expertise:
- 4-6 years of relevant product design experience (experience in the ticketing industry preferred).
- A strong portfolio showcasing advanced understanding of information hierarchy, usability, and aesthetics.
- Expertise in providing feedback during design reviews.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to present and rationalize design decisions.
- Advanced understanding of user experience principles.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the discovery, design, and build of products already in the design phase or from scratch.
- Create simple, functional, and elegant interfaces for complex systems.
- Act as a steward for the design system.
- Conduct and synthesize quantitative and qualitative research to inform design decisions.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of relevant product design experience (experience in the ticketing industry preferred).
- A strong portfolio showcasing advanced understanding of information hierarchy, usability, and aesthetics.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and other industry-standard software.
- Deep knowledge of the design and product development process.
- Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and AJAX.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
