Job Requirements / Description

Responsibilities:
Filming and working with cameras has to be done on site, some of the job can be done remotely such as ediitng.
Concept Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop creative and engaging video concepts that align with project objectives and target audience.
Pre-Production: Plan and coordinate all pre-production activities, including scriptwriting, casting, location and props scouting, and equipment maintenance and use.
Video Shooting: Operate camera equipment in our existing studio to capture high-quality video footage in various settings, including studios, on-location, and remote environments.
Video Editing: Edit video footage using professional editing software to create polished and visually appealing final products.
Motion Graphics: Design and create motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance the storytelling and overall impact of the videos.
Post-Production: Oversee all post-production activities, including audio mixing, color correction, and final delivery.
Project Management: Manage video production projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
Client Communication: Effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders throughout the video production process, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members, including instructional designers, subject matter experts, elearning vendors and talent including senior leadership.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Film, Television, Video Production, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 7 years of experience in video production, with a strong portfolio of work.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Maxon, Davince Resolve Studio).
Experience with motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Cinema The Client).
Strong understanding of video production techniques, including lighting, sound, and camera operation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to professionally guide both high-level executives and employee/actor novices through filming.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational, and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a corporate education setting.
Knowledge of instructional design principles and best practices.
Experience with video conferencing and live streaming platforms.
Strong project management skills. Have own process and process documentation to both track own work and guide participations from others (e.g. actors, helpers).
