Job Description

Our client is a global manufacturer of a wide range of petroleum-based products used in multiple different markets. They currently seek a Senior Process Engineer to be based at their facility in Shreveport, LA.

As a Senior Process Engineer, job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Provide engineering knowledge for process design and processing techniques
• Perform advanced engineering calculations to optimize equipment and processes
• Gather and utilize unit test data for troubleshooting
• Continuously improve efficiencies and profitability
• Provide engineering expertise to support various site projects

Job Requirements

As a Senior Process Engineer, job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

• BS in Chemical Engineering
• 8+ years of experience in a manufacturing facility; refinery and/or chemicals
• Must have experience in process, production, maintenance, and/or operations engineering
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies is ideal
