Electrical Engineer AECOM

Able to participate in field walks and create field sketches, take dimensions, climb ladders, etc. as necessary.

BA/BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering plus 2 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Preferred Qualifications

1. EIT/FE or ability to obtain EIT/FE certification.
2. 5+ years as discipline technical lead on vehicle electrification projects.
3. Successful track record working with remote teams.
4. Strong familiarity with industry codes and standards (NFPA, NEC, NESC, IEEE, etc.).
5. Strong familiarity of current building codes and standards.
6. Strong written and verbal skills with an ability to lead engineering tasks.
7. Experience on full EPC, Design/Build projects from start to finish.
8. Plant Startup and Commissioning Field Experience.
9. Power systems analysis software experience (ETAP, SKM, EasyPower).
10. Solar or wind facility experience.
11. Experience working in collaborative 3D model environments (e.g. Navisworks) and laser scan data.
