Bosch Automotive Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. (RBAI) is a 100% subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH. Established in 2009, in Naganathapura - Bengaluru, RBAI is primarily focused on manufacturing electronic products for the automotive sector. RBAI has consistently added an average of one product every year resulting in a wide range of products comprising – Engine Control Units (ECU) for both 4W and 2W, Body Control Modules (BCM), ECUs for ABS, DC-DC Converters, iTraMS (Intelligent communication control unit) to name a few. RBAI also produces products for eMobility like MCU (Motor control Unit), C-Box (Communication Box), VCUs (Vehicle Control Unit), Central gateway modules and is geared up for other futuristic products. Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for corrective maintenance activity of mechanical process machines - Press fit, Dispensing, Conveyors, Robots, and special purpose machines.
2. Responsible for Technical availability of Mechanical process machines and final assembly lines.
3. Should have knowledge on RCA methods like 5Why, A3PSS, for systematic troubleshooting.
4. Responsible for MTBF / MTTR of mechanical machines.
5. Focus and contribute to reduce the IDC by continuous monitoring of MAE performance.
6. Planning of Spare parts, Tooling and consumables for corrective and preventive maintenance activities.
7. Optimize Preventive maintenance by continuous improvement and work towards elimination of problems.
8. Troubleshooting knowledge in Electrical, Pneumatic circuit and PLC.
9. Knowledge in TPM.
10. Responsible for Predictive maintenance.
11. Knowledge of i4.0.
12. Preparation of Breakdown reports, Spare part consumption, and PDCA for the top contribution and repeated failures.
13. Optimize Repair & Maintenance cost through localization and life-enhancing projects.
14. Periodical review of Preventive maintenance checklist by incorporating past breakdowns.
15. Working with TEF functions and suppliers to maintain the machine in good condition.
16. Involvement in Machine and Process FMEA.
17. Meeting all 5S, Safety and Quality standards, and work continuously to improve them.
18. Look for Predictive analytics in the Maintenance area.
19. Knowledge on OHSAS and EMS standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

NTTF / Diploma in E&E / E&C / Mechatronics.

3 - 6 Years of experience in shopfloor machine maintenance.
