- Competitive pay: Starting salary from $80,000 up to $89,000, depending on experience .
- Excellent Day Schedule: Monday through Friday working 8:00am to 5:00pm, in office role.

- Developing and executing an annual business plan, defining financial goals and business objectives consistent with corporate objectives.
- Optimizing organizational structure, third party services, and technology for in-sourced and out-sourced functions; focusing on the customer experience.
- Staffing, training, and development of the Service Operations Team.
- Define measures of success (KPI’s) for each delivered service
- Meet or exceed all service KPI’s related to: Engineering Service, Repairs, Training, Support Contracts, ASP’s, and Custom Panel Program
