Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ability to run a 5-axis machines - preferably mill/turn. DMG Mori with Siemens control
- Read and interpret blueprints.
- Determine tooling requirements, setup procedures and control settings.
- Monitor while machining and adjust speeds and feeds accordingly.
- Enter program commands in machine controller or retrieves preprogrammed code
- Manually adjusts machine controls to prevent out-of-tolerance machining.
- Ability to recommend production improvement methods, equipment performance, and quality of product to CNC Foreman and Plant Manager
- Monitor and maintain proper cleanliness of machine and work area on a daily basis.
Skills and experience required:
- Ability to machine various metals of various grades, hardness, shapes, and conditions from simple to complex
- Lift materials up to 50 pounds.

- 5-axis Machining: 3 years (Required)
- Machining: 10+ years
