Lead Software Developer

Description

We are currently seeking a Lead Software Developer to provide technical leadership to our program and development team for our critical Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) system. This position offers the opportunity to guide the development of secure services and capabilities using cloud technology to support an Enterprise cybersecurity program. The ideal candidate will work in an Agile software environment, defining and refining processes, ensuring software quality, and providing direction throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Provide technical leadership to Agile Development Teams (ADTs)
• Define, document, and communicate processes, practices, security, and configurations to guide the program's software development
• Identify and facilitate configuration and availability of DevSecOps infrastructure and development, integration, and test resources
• Ensure software development environments and infrastructure meet development and test needs
• Collaborate with technical leads to facilitate process improvements and technical innovation
• Plan, coordinate, and ensure end of Sprint Demo occurs

Basic Qualifications:

• BS degree with 12+ years of professional experience
• 4-5 years of experience in Agile software development
• Top Secret security clearance and eligible for SCI
• Experience serving as a technical lead with a large software development team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding of SSL/TLS and PKI concepts
• Familiarity with identity and access management protocols/standards such as OAuth, SAML, LDAP, SCIM, or OIDC
• Direct experience with database setup and integration, DevOps automation tools, source control and Agile development tools, and analytics and search engines

Requires an active Top Secret security clearance upon hire and must meet SCI eligibility.
