Vice President of Sales-Aerospace/Defense

Competencies Required:

1. Prospect development, identifying and qualifying opportunities.
2. Understanding business and technology scenarios/needs and solution demonstrations.
3. Submission of proposals, final negotiations, and closure.
4. Work to build an adequate sales pipeline and drive the rigors of pipeline management.
5. Attend industry events to promote Company’s offerings.
6. Guide the marketing team on targeted marketing initiatives with the primary objective of lead generation.
7. Prepare various sales reports with SVP’s input.
8. Identify service and domain adjacency and work with management to create an expansion opportunity development plan.
9. Sales channels development/Reps.
10. Data analysis and reporting.
11. Knowledge of cable and harness assembly, molding, and box build assemblies.
12. Excel, Word, PowerPoint competency.
13. Industry knowledge and ability to evaluate markets and trends to guide sales.
14. Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years plus experience in related industry.
15. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Management.
16. Work in contract manufacturing, Cable/Harness, or Injection Molding.
