We are seeking an engineer with expertise in data-driven manufacturing optimization. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing labor and material flows, ensuring data accuracy, and driving continuous cost improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify bottlenecks and optimize manufacturing labor and material flows
• Ensure accurate data alignment and product cost analysis using Oracle systems
• Manage inventory data and support new product introductions
• Drive continuous cost improvement through analyses and process changes
• Collaborate with the GBSC Data Team to maintain engineering process controls

Qualifications:

• Experience with Oracle data management in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to analyze and optimize data flows for production systems
• Proficient in BOM management, cost analysis, and new product introduction processes
• Familiarity with Lean and continuous improvement methodologies
