Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Mobile UX Researcher to fill an open position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. In this role you will:

• Attend team meetings and participate in learning sessions to stay updated on project developments and industry trends.
• Collect data from various sources, including customer videos, to derive actionable insights.
• Conduct UX benchmarking studies to evaluate and improve the mobile user experience.
• Quantitatively measure product experiences and create compelling PowerPoint presentations with customer insights.

The Ideal Candidate

Required Skills:

• 2-4 years of experience in watching customer videos and extracting insights.
• 2-4 years of experience in UX benchmarking methodologies.
• 2-4 years of experience in quantitatively measuring product experiences and crafting presentations.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with online research tools and video editing.
• Familiarity with benchmark research methods.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in user testing.
