You will be instrumental in translating product team needs into well-defined research plans and delivering results that guide our customer experience strategies. The role demands a high degree of organization, independence, and the ability to manage multiple studies simultaneously, with a typical study turnaround time of around 25 days.Key Responsibilities:Conduct various research studies, including ethnographic explorations, 1-on-1 interviews, and usability tests.Translate product team requirements into detailed research plans.Independently manage research projects to meet tight deadlines.Produce detailed research reports and actionable recommendations, collaborating closely with the AEM PM/Eng teams.Focus on creating comprehensive customer/user cohorts and personas for targeted insights.Must-Have Skills:Proficiency in conducting research studies using various methodologies.Strong project management and communication skills for translating product requirements into research actions.Experience in creating detailed research reports and actionable recommendations.Industry Experience:Previous experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar digital experience management platforms is a plus.Minimum 5 years of experience in UX research or related fields.ABOUT AKRAYAAkraya is an award-winning IT staffing firm consistently recognized for our commitment to excellence and a thriving work environment.
