They are looking for skilled Java and/or Python developers with a solid background in financial trading systems, preferably with experience in options trading. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance trading applications, ensuring efficient execution and seamless integration with market data feeds

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust trading systems using Java and/or Python.
- Implement and optimize algorithms for trading strategies, specifically in options.
- Collaborate closely with traders and quantitative analysts to develop customized tools and solutions.
- Integrate with real-time market data systems, ensuring low-latency performance.
- Debug, test, and optimize applications for scalability and reliability.
- Monitor and improve system performance, identifying and addressing any bottlenecks or issues.
- Stay updated with market trends and technologies to suggest innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in Java and/or Python development.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, with experience in options trading highly preferred.
- Experience working with trading systems or related technologies.
- Familiarity with real-time market data feeds and low-latency systems.
- Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and multithreaded programming.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with SQL, Linux/Unix systems, and cloud platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in financial services or quantitative trading.
- Knowledge of FIX protocols and trading APIs.
- Experience with risk management tools and platforms.
