- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (GPA 3.7+)
- 0-2 years of experience drafting/designing (Revit, MicroStation, Autodesk, AutoCAD, Solidworks, etc..)
- Comfortable taking a background check and drug test
Day-to-Day
Insight Global is looking for a Junior Mechanical Engineer to join one of our clients. The ideal candidates are recent engineering graduates or have less than 2 years of experience. This individual will be creating designs for mechanical equipment and will design, lay out and detail components and systems. Additional duties include maintaining project drawing files, read shop drawing, and prepare submittal documentation. Mechanical Engineering training will be heavily provided by the company to ensure growth of your career. There is also the possibility of travel to customer sites during product installations.
This is a contract-to-hire position that will become permanent after 6 months. Candidates must pass a background check and a drug test.
