Hotel Maintenance Engineer

Our busy hotel is seeking an energetic, customer-oriented maintenance engineer to ensure that all of our visitors have an excellent experience at our property. You'll be in charge of the building's maintenance and preventative programs daily to ensure people's enjoyment, health, and safety. Responsibilities:

1. Assist other technicians and engineers with a variety of maintenance tasks in a collaborative manner.
2. Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues.
3. Keep an open line of communication with other team members and staff.
4. Tend to all of the hotel's equipment and conduct preventive maintenance routines.
5. React to emergencies that happen before, during, and after your regular work shifts.

Qualifications:

1. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED.
2. Valid driver’s license and good driving record required.
3. This position requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
4. 2-4 years of maintenance experience is required for this role.
5. Experience with facilities management software is preferred.

Compensation:

$18 hourly
