As a Site Reliability Engineer for one of our main partners, for a position based in Lisbon. In Amaris, we are currently increasing our team. WHAT WILL YOU DO?

1. Provisioning of servers using Ansible / Terraform.
2. Deployment of applications using Ansible.
3. Provide technical support to systems, applications & batches used by Wealth Management.
4. Analyze logs when unknown errors happen & enrich the support knowledge articles.
5. Monitor closely issues raised by monitoring systems or users.
6. Work on a specific production support shift (12:00 am to 8:00 pm).
7. Work during weekends and public holidays for programmed deployments of projects and patch upgrades.

WHAT WE WANT

1. Strong background in: Linux / Unix / Windows Administration.
2. Good knowledge of: On-boarding & troubleshooting applications on Kubernetes.
3. Good knowledge in: Any one scripting language (Python and/or Bash preferred).
4. Good knowledge in: Deployment automation tools (Ansible or equivalent).
5. Good expertise on: IBM WebSphere v8 or Tomcat v8.5 and Apache v2.4.
6. Good expertise on: IBM sFTP, CFT or equivalent.
7. Basic experience in: DB Administration (Oracle, MS SQL, Mongo DB).
8. Fluent English.

NICE TO HAVE

1. Knowledge on Job Scheduling Tools (Autosys or equivalent).
2. IBM MQ V7/V8 Administration.
3. Kafka Administration.
4. Monitoring and Centralized logs tools (Splunk / Sysdig / Dynatrace).
