Engineering Manager

A mid-sized company in Houston’s Energy Corridor is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and oversee the successful completion of all design projects, manage staffing levels, and provide leadership and coaching. This role involves training project engineers, engineering technicians, and drafter/designers to ensure the team is fully equipped to handle incoming projects.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Engineering Management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering required
• PE license is a plus but not mandatory
