Field Service Engineer

We are currently hiring for an exciting position at our site in Brookfield, Wisconsin.

Your responsibilities

1. Setup, install, repair and perform preventive maintenance on Komax machines in-house or at customer sites.
2. Complete and provide all necessary documentation to customer, sales and service supervisor and attach into CRM for in-house work or work at customer sites in a timely manner.
3. Travel to customer sites as needed.
4. Maintain customer and unit history on CRM database.
5. Provide accurate and timely phone support.
6. Input of interactions with customers, sales, etc. must be entered into CRM database in a format that is clear and concise.
7. Maintain a neat and organized environment at desk, in-house work areas and at customer sites.
8. Communicate and coordinate with other departments or personnel when use of their equipment is needed.

Education and Experience

1. Technical degree preferred and/or two years related experience.
2. Bilingual, Spanish is a plus.
3. Strong technical skills.
4. MS-Office.
5. Must be able to read and comprehend electrical schematics and drawings.
6. Ability to lift 50 pounds.
7. Frequent travel. All points (airline and hotel) are retained by the employee for personal use.
