Job DescriptionAt least 8 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:At least 3 years’ experience working within a system of systems and/or performing system interface work.At least 5 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher educationOperates independently to provide quality work products to an engagementPerforms varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgmentOracle Health/Cerner HIE experience strongly preferredHealth Information Exchange (HIE) industry experience (Commonwell, Carequality, eHealthexchange, etc.) strongly preferredTwo+ years’ experience with SQL (SQL Developer tool preferred)Two+ years’ experience with LinuxTwo+ years’ experience with XML, JSON, JVMExperience building/supporting HL7 web interfacesHealthcare industry knowledge strongly preferred.Strong understanding of large systems architecture and relationships between network, applications, Database, and Interfaces.Experience performing triage and troubleshooting from system logs.Experience with JSON files and web interfacesOracle Health/Cerner Foreign System Interface (FSI) experience a large plusOne year experience with Cerner Command Language (CCL) preferredCareer Level - IC3ResponsibilitiesServe as engineer on Oracle health information exchange (HIE) projects, installing enhancements, code patches, and upgrades to application as suggested by developers and client.Provide tier 3 troubleshooting and issue resolutionMentor and support associates in daily tasks and troubleshootingManage changes and project activities and communicate with impacted engineers, project managers, vendors, etc.Monitor project progress to assess and manage project risk and ensure quality assuranceImplement enhancements to align to project scopeDrive testing strategies with solution teamsLead design and specification review sessionsDemonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.May act as the team lead on projects.Disclaimer:Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations onlyUS: Hiring Range: from $71,200 to $158,200 per annum.
