Electronics Test Technician

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for test processes and equipment
• Assist with commissioning new test equipment
• Respond to machine down calls in a timely manner
• Ensure preventative maintenance is conducted as scheduled
• Report on daily line issues and provide downtime reports
• Source spares from cost-effective suppliers
• Train operators on safe and effective use of test equipment
• Collaborate with manufacturing for repair priorities
• Escalate unresolved issues to Test Engineers

Knowledge Requirements

• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• PC proficiency and ability to operate related software
• Basic mathematical and analytical abilities
• Ability to read and interpret technical instructions
