LEAP is Fidelity's learner-centered 20-week technology program crafted to prepare new talent to become leading technologists. Upon completion of the program, you will join one of our diverse technology organizations supporting various business initiatives. This is an opportunity to showcase your talents in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while achieving group goals and continuing to enhance your knowledge while learning new technologies.

The Skills You Bring

  1. Recent completion or in current pursuit of a Computer Science bachelor’s degree.
  2. Have previous technical internship experience or hands-on technical project experience related to Computer Science.
  3. Understand software development principles and data structures (Object Oriented Programming concepts).
  4. Knowledge with front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), middle-tier (Java, NodeJS) and back-end (SQL) languages and frameworks.
  5. Experience with Spring, Angular, or similar technologies is a plus.
  6. Outstanding problem-solving ability and analytical skills.

As a Full-Stack Engineer you’ll apply your technology skills on projects that make a meaningful impact to our customers and clients. You will work with us to design and develop digital applications and solutions in an agile environment across multiple frameworks and platforms. You will be working with your peers to build core software engineer capabilities in web and application development and apply your knowledge in the end-to-end build experience.
