The Skills You Bring
- Recent completion or in current pursuit of a Computer Science bachelor’s degree.
- Have previous technical internship experience or hands-on technical project experience related to Computer Science.
- Understand software development principles and data structures (Object Oriented Programming concepts).
- Knowledge with front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), middle-tier (Java, NodeJS) and back-end (SQL) languages and frameworks.
- Experience with Spring, Angular, or similar technologies is a plus.
- Outstanding problem-solving ability and analytical skills.

The LEAP program is designed to reinforce a culture of continuous development through high-impact learning experiences. As a Full-Stack Engineer you’ll apply your technology skills on projects that make a meaningful impact to our customers and clients. You will work with us to design and develop digital applications and solutions in an agile environment across multiple frameworks and platforms. You will be working with your peers to build core software engineer capabilities in web and application development and apply your knowledge in the end-to-end build experience.

At Fidelity, our goal is for most people to work flexibly in a way that balances both personal and business needs with time onsite and offsite through what we’re calling “Dynamic Working”. Most associates will have a hybrid schedule with a requirement to work onsite at a Fidelity office at least two weeks a month, for 5 consecutive days, on a rotation of every other week. Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
