Data Entry Customer Service

The Data Entry Customer Service role involves managing customer data and delivering excellent customer service. This position requires individuals who are detail-oriented and can efficiently handle large volumes of information while addressing customer inquiries. The main duties include inputting data into the company's systems, ensuring data accuracy, and interacting with customers to resolve any issues or provide product information.
Responsibilities:

• Enter and update customer data in the system accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Address and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments.
• Verify the accuracy of data by cross-referencing with source documents.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer information.
• Provide feedback on recurring customer issues to help improve company processes.
• Collaborate with the customer service and technical teams to solve customer problems.
• Follow up on customer requests and ensure their satisfaction with the provided solutions.

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional qualifications are a plus).
