Salary: $65,000 - $120,000 Shift: Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 3:30 PM As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will analyze and enhance manufacturing methods, optimize personnel utilization, and improve production equipment. Your duties will include creating and updating manufacturing procedures, training manufacturing technicians, and developing technical requirements for capital equipment purchases, including specification, bidding, and supplier management. You'll analyze space requirements and workflow to design efficient layouts for equipment and materials, support various machining and grinding operations, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in programming CNC machining centers is a plus. Additionally, you will develop and maintain Bills of Operations within our ERP system.
