You will be aligned to projects to lead or contribute to while also participating in networking, development, and career exploration activities. Our Corporate Interns can apply for future full-time roles during the program and have an increased likelihood to receive an offer for a post-graduation role.The Summer 2025 program will run June 2nd - August 8th, 2025. Virtual onboarding activities will also take place May 28th -30th, 2025.This is an in-person position at a CVS Distribution Center in: Lumberton, NJ; Orlando, FL; and Indianapolis Indiana. For this role, a one-time stipend may be provided to those that live more than 50 miles from the assigned work location.The hourly rate is $23 per hour with 40 hours/ week, no work on July 4th (company holiday), and two days of paid leave. The team is founded in engineering principles but act as problem solvers for the site to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost for the business.You will gain valuable work experience and participate in:Gain experience with CVS Health Operational ExcellenceDrive an initiative that demonstrates decision-making, communication, engineering principles, and technical skillsKey responsibilities include analyzing data, problem solving, project managing and executing tasks, and collaborating with various internal partnersAssist with work streams on new processes, opportunities, and initiatives that delivery improvements to safety, quality, delivery, and cost.Learn fundamentals around lean manufacturing and DC operationsWork visa sponsorship is not available for this role. This includes participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 Visa programs.Required QualificationsMeet educational requirements (see education section)Preferred QualificationsDemonstrated leadership experience.
