Qualified candidates should possess:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in control systems engineering and industrial automation systems integration; leadership experience preferred
2. Ability to lead / mentor a team of controls engineers
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Proficient in PLC programming and HMI/SCADA programming
5. Instrumentation configuration
6. OSI Pi
7. VFDs, I/Os
8. Control systems testing and commissioning
9. Wonderware / AVEVA experience strongly preferred
10. Ability to travel at times
11. Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience
12. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
