Business Process Engineer

Day to day:

As a Process Excellence & Business Integration Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of driving process improvements and integration activities within our organization. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include creating and validating process maps, collaborating with business partners and IT, and recommending improvements to enhance our “Innovate to Forecast” processes. You’ll play a crucial role in identifying opportunities for value creation and working with functional teams to impact key performance indicators.

Must-Haves:

• Develop and refine process maps.
• Competent in end-to-end business processes across the “Innovate to Forecast” workstream within a CPG Environment
• Work closely with business partners and IT during integration activities.
• Implement process improvements and standardized work outputs.
• Identify and execute opportunities for value creation.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes in a CPG environment.
• Ability to collaborate across different functional areas.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with mergers and acquisitions.
• Experience in technology-enabled improvement projects.
• Background in consumer packaged goods and food manufacturing.
