CLOUD SECURITY ENGINEER, MANAGED SERVICES -PLANO, TX

Come be on the front line with us and be the defenders of data breaches!  We need you to help protect our customers, and the free world – wow, sounds like we should provide capes for this role – note to self on that. We need you to block and tackle, monitor the global web traffic, and be on the lookout for malicious activity – cyber security is hard work!  See where the cape would help – really need to get a PO started for that! This is a great move for you, if you want to throw a lot of skills and experience into a blender and do something a little different every day – operations, post-sales (cannot be afraid of customers, if you are, move it along). Although ideally, we really would require you to have knowledge and experience with:

• HTML and Javascript
• Web Application Security (OWASP top 10)
• Web Protocols and standards: TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL, and DNS
• Relational Databases would be a +1 on your application

You would be part of a team, so please be able to play nicely in a sandbox, share, and don’t take things that aren’t yours. This position is part of our Managed Services team (yep, I had to ask too), they are an Imperva/Incapsula subject matter expert, who can provide their knowledge consistently by streamlining the customer's environment – definitely cape worthy! _ Come on, it’s time, I am sure that all of those fun personal things on your desk along your framed degree will fit nicely into a box – we’ll even provide one if you need._
