The Role


  • Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models to enhance performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Apply advanced AI techniques, such as transfer learning, hyperparameter tuning, and feature engineering, to refine models.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to identify, gather, preprocess, and clean datasets for training and validation.
  • Monitor model performance regularly, pinpointing areas for improvement and implementing updates as necessary.
  • Keep up with the latest AI/ML advancements, integrating best practices into ongoing projects.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to embed AI models into larger systems, ensuring smooth integration and scalability.
  • Document model development, results, and insights to contribute to the team's knowledge base and best practices.
  • Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous learning.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in AI/ML model development, showcasing expertise in model fine-tuning and optimization through a portfolio of projects.
  • Proficient in Python with hands-on experience using AI/ML libraries and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
  • Skilled in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
  • Strong knowledge of advanced machine learning techniques, including deep learning, reinforcement learning, and unsupervised learning.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
