POSITION TITLE: Electronics TechnicianPOSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Will be responsible for the assembly of finished product and subassemblies of components for electronic devices.Set-up and operate equipment that processes, inspects, and tests optoelectronic wafers and semiconductor devicesRun various types of equipment such as die bonders, wire bonders, plasma cleaners, ovens, and laser marking systems.Verify quality of the part by using both visual quality checks and testing methodsPerform wafer pick and place on a variety of toolsInput production tracking updates into tracking software/spreadsheetsWORK ENVIRONMENT: Cleanroom environment - this is a very clean, highly regulated environment.
