Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated and intellectually curious Full Stack Developer to join our team working with a Federal client. This role is for a skilled and adaptable Full Stack developer to join a fast-paced development effort to re-architect and modernize a high-visibility system. As a core member of our development team, you will design, develop and modify custom software solutions that solve problems, improve business operations, and manage the complexity inherent with technology change.

The position will be a remote role open to US citizens residing in the United States with an ACTIVE SECRET security clearance.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. An AWS Lambda developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining serverless applications using the AWS Lambda service. They work with cloud technologies to build and manage serverless infrastructure that can meet the needs of the business.
2. Designing and developing serverless applications that can meet the needs of the business.
3. Writing serverless functions using programming languages like Python, Node.js, or Java.
4. Ensuring security and compliance with cloud security and compliance standards like SOC 2, HIPAA, or GDPR.
5. Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to serverless infrastructure.
6. Monitoring and scaling serverless infrastructure based on demand.
7. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that serverless infrastructure meets the needs of the business.
8. Keeping up with industry trends and best practices in serverless technologies.
9. Work in a fast-paced Agile environment with fluid requirements and changing priorities.
10. Respond to technical issues in a professional and timely manner.
11. Work closely with customers to implement and/or consult requested solutions.
12. Possess considerable logic and understanding to analyze and troubleshoot problems.
13. Must be able to work independently with little to no daily supervision.
14. Work in a distributed team environment where team members are spread across numerous locations.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

1. Ability to work with US Federal clients and possess an ACTIVE SECRET clearance .
2. JavaScript, Linux, React.Js, NoSQL, Front-End Development, Git Version Control System (VCS), Web Design, User Interface (UI), Agile Environment, New Web Technologies, NPM, Responsive Web Design, AWS Lambda, Web Service Development, Asynchronous Javascript.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to take the initiative to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
5. Skilled in verbal, written and oral communication.
6. Strong team player with a great attitude.
7. Flexibility and willingness to go beyond the call of duty.
8. Ability to take ownership and drive issues to closure.

Education Requirement:

1. 4 year Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Eng or related (highly preferred).
