Overview

Are you a highly technical, strong communicator who thrives in a team environment on complex projects? Gilbane is seeking a Senior Project Executive with extensive experience in the Advanced Electronics sector. As a representative of the Company, you will be responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of multiple complex construction-management projects. Additionally, you will mentor multiple Project Executives. This role requires frequent travel to job sites and Gilbane offices for training, meetings, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and supervise work of project administration, project superintendents, and engineers to establish operational priorities and maintain satisfactory relationships with owners, subcontractors, unions, etc.
  • Enforce project reporting requirements.
  • Manage critical issues.
  • Assume overall accountability for jobsite safety and quality.
  • Mentor Project Executives.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

  • BS OR MS degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
  • 10-15 years in the lead role on projects valued at $150 million or larger with extensive experience with Advanced Electronics projects.
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Strong technical and communication skills are critical.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Leadership and management skills.
  • Knowledge of Procore, Microsoft Office (preferred).

Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
