Product Engineer Electric & Electronics Systems

Responsibilities:

1. Integrate and develop electric/electronic systems into automotive seats with full responsibility for these components.
2. Lead collaboration with internal and external partners and customers.
3. Design and adjust wiring harness prototypes for seats.
4. Prepare drawings and design prototype tools.
5. Document the wiring harness routing in the seats.
6. Support the manufacturing of development samples.
7. Plan, coordinate, and analyze development and validation tests.
8. Train plant workers in cable routing during workshops and production start-up.
9. Be responsible for project costs, timing, quality, and change management.
10. Participate in internal and external meetings regarding seat electrics.
11. Know and use legal, internal, and customer requirements.
12. Release safety-relevant parts together with the customer and supplier.
13. Support the acquisition of new projects.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Master's or Bachelor's degree in electronics, engineering, or similar education.
2. Experience in the automotive or automotive supplier industry.
3. Preferably experience in seat development and production.
4. Knowledge in electric/electronic systems.
5. Familiarity with project management and quality tools.
6. International mindset.
7. Good English language knowledge required.
