Voice Engineer III
3-month Contract to Hire
100% Onsite in Atlanta, GA
Our client is one of the largest hospitals in Georgia with locations all across the state. They are looking to hire a Voice Engineer III to join their team in Atlanta. This individual with be a Cisco Call Manager expert and responsible for assisting with the support, maintenance and implementation of the telecommunications infrastructure for the enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Performs design, implementation, maintenance and monitoring of Cisco Unified Collaboration (UC) environments.
- Provide support to telecom infrastructure initiatives in the areas of Cisco Call Manager, voicemail, video conferencing and web conferencing
- Provides server level support of the telecommunications environment including backup, capacity monitoring and server rebuild with vendor support.
- Assists with developing technical reference architecture and enterprise standards for Cisco collaboration environments.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with installation, implementation, configuring, programming, and maintenance of telecommunications equipment, video conferencing equipment, and voice/data equipment including current versions of Cisco Call Manager is required.
- Some level of Cisco based certifications
