Position: Senior Director of Software Engineering
Job Location: NewRez LLC, Coppell, Texas
Job Duties:
- Lead several teams from inception-to-delivery of various projects (extra-large to small) that have been coordinated with business and product leadership; employ software engineering efficiencies.
- Understand the respective product/project/feature requirements from business partners and plan the technology, high-level solution, resource capacity, efforts needed, and build a roadmap.
- Work with project participants to provide the optimal and effective solutions for the team.
- Coordinate with architecture team to come up with new ideas/technologies/driving solutions for teams.
- Communicate and coordinate with DEV team members to review code and propose optimal coding and architectural related solutions.
- Be responsible for team’s source code development; technical documentation; and software configuration, version, and quality management processes.
- Manage/supervise Sr Software Engineers, Lead Software Engineers, Principal Software Engineers, and Senior Business Analysts.
- Utilize Tech Stack: .Net Core, C#, VB, Azure Technologies, Angular 10+, SQL Server, Visual Code, and Visual Studio.
In connection with above duties, utilize experience in leading and managing multiple teams of Sr Software Engineers, Lead Software Engineers, Principal Software Engineers, and Senior Business Analysts; developing and delivering high performing software engineering ETE applications; and coordinating with Business and Product leadership for various product, project, feature deliverables.
Minimum Requirements: Requires related degree, experience and skills.
