The Job
As a Senior Lead Software Engineer, you'll be working directly with the Founding Engineer and CTO in building high availability systems that empower AI Agents. Involved in the full engineering lifecycle, you'll be responsible for owning the architecture, development and deployment across Python, Java and Golang as the core languages in production.
Performing as an IC, you won't be expected to line manage any engineers but expected to contribute to the contribute to the high level technical decisions and technical roadmap in-conjunction with the CTO.
What You'll Need
Holding over 8 years' software engineering experience, you'll need to have a proven track record building high availability and distributed systems that have had an AI usage. You would count Python or Golang as your core languages and be able to fully execute across the whole engineering lifecycle, particularly in architecture and cloud-native infrastructure.
Experience working in a start-up environment is highly desired though not essential.

They believe in onsite work in their Menlo Park office but can provide on hybrid working models.
The Numbers
With a base salary of $210k - $240k USD with provided equity on top. Other benefits include generous PTO, 401k contribution, flexible working hours, Full Healthcare Plan and much more.
