*Description:*
Industrial IT Server Engineers design, implement, maintain, and optimize our Windows-based virtual Digital Enablement Platform (DEP) environments. Additionally, Engineers will be expected to work in the office and provide support to customers (including on-call rotations 12-hour shift during day for a week at a time). The ideal candidate will possess expertise in VMware virtualization, DELL computer hardware, performance monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Active Directory administration, and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with both customers and cybersecurity partners.

Responsibilities:
* 1) Manage and support Windows virtual machines: insuring optimal performance, security, and availability.
* 2) Utilize VMware for environment virtualization, configuring, and maintaining virtual infrastructure.
* 3) Provide technical support and troubleshooting for DELL computer hardware
* 4) Perform performance monitoring, analysis, and reporting using SolarWinds or similar tools
* 5) Administer and maintain Active Directory services, including user/group management and access controls.
* 6) Collaborate with customers and cybersecurity partners to address technical issues and implement solutions.
* 7) Develop and maintain documentation for server configurations, procedures, and "best practices".

Besides day-to-day server health monitoring, we are also involved in new site rollout, expansion/upgrade of existing infrastructure and troubleshoot issues with vendors & onsite engineers. Systems Admin role will help Test & certify new products in the lab, develop associated design, installation, operation, planning & upgrade documents for the product will be part and parcel of the role. Playing a leading role in a project is not unusual.
