A Sr. Full Stack LAMP Developer with Orases is passionate for solving complex challenges and writing clean code. To be successful in this role, you need to have experience leading projects from a technical standpoint and are capable to work autonomously as well as cohesively with Digital Project Managers, Business Analysts, and other software developers. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Professional programming experience within a custom software environment and comparable projects
- Work closely with Digital Project Managers to analyze requirements and recommend technical design and specifications
- Conceptualize and build software to solve complex problems and implement scalable software solutions
- Write clean and functional complex code following MVC or comparable framework
- Provide technical support for software applications as needed
- Proactively research and continuously seek to learn new technologies
- Debug code for existing programs based on immediate need and troubleshoot system bugs and issues
- Communicate effectively with all internal departments including DPMs, BAs, QA testers, and clients. This includes both verbal and written communication
- Serve as a mentor to Jr. and Mid-level developers
- Special projects as needed
Requirements:
- B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- Expert OOP (PHP preferred)
- Advanced SQL (MySQL preferred, should be able to work as DBA)
- Version Control (SVN or Git)
- jQuery or similar JS framework
- Proven ability to work independently and cohesively within a team environment
- CakePHP experience is a plus
