Job Description :

• The Transactional Notifications team is looking for a Software Development Engineer, who will act as first level support and development for all incoming production software application issues dealing with retail Notification applications.
• Your solutions will impact our customers directly.

Primary responsibilities include:

• developing monitoring solutions
• troubleshooting/debugging and implementing the fix for internally developed code (JAVA, HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT)
• performing SQL queries
• improving our systems that gather metrics on our features, updating, tracking and resolving technical challenges.

Required Coding Skills:

• JAVA, HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT.
• Other desired technical skills include Mason, Perl, Oracle SQL, UNIX/LINUX.
• A Computer Science or equivalent technical degree and 3-6 years of relevant experience is required.

Typical Day in the Role:

• Collaborative environment, communication across all teams that are part of the notification.
• Work with current SDEs helping to develop new features and assisting with maintenance of current system. Testing QA
• Taking care of current system for operations excellence, customer escalations. Ect.

Candidate Requirements:

Must haves:

• 2+ years of industry experience as an SDE
• Strong in JAVA, HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT

Degree/certification:

• Computer science degree
