About the team

The mission of the international e-commerce CRM platform is to create a rich and high-quality e-commerce platform ecosystem through productized platform capabilities. It builds a reliable, flexible, and intelligent CRM operation platform for account managers of various countries and industries, providing large-scale operation, one-stop operation solutions, and intelligent tools, thereby improving the efficiency of e-commerce operations, and is also responsible for the business goals of customer growth.

Responsibilities

1. Develop efficient, highly scalable and secured services to build/integrate e-Commerce CRM solutions for TikTok Shop in the US.
2. Use full-stack web technology to develop MVPs and run experiments to validate ideas and iterate quickly, leveraging new technologies, tools when needed.
3. Collaborate with PM and R&D teams globally, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Who we are looking for:

1. Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline; qualified fresh graduates would also be considered.
2. Expertise in APIs, web applications developing by RESTful services, Node.Js, JavaScript web frameworks.
3. Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS; in User Experience guidelines and best practices.
4. Expertise in object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms and design patterns.
5. Exhibit good problem-solving skills and team communication/collaboration skills.
6. Great to have large-scale backend system design experience.
7. Great to have E-Commerce products experience.

Job Information:

For Pay Transparency

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $136800 - $280000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
