Position Overview:

They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Qt Software Engineer to join their team in Boston. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Qt development and a passion for creating user-friendly, high-performance software applications for medical devices.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Qt-based software applications for medical devices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software developers, hardware engineers, and product managers to define requirements and implement solutions.
• Architect efficient and scalable software systems to meet performance and reliability requirements.
• Implement intuitive user interfaces with a focus on usability and accessibility.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior team members.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong emphasis on Qt/QML.
• Proficiency in C++ programming language.
• Experience developing GUI applications for embedded systems is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of software design principles, design patterns, and data structures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
